Office Policies
Your time is valuable to us, and we strive to keep scheduling effortless. You can easily request your visit right here through our website. If you need to reschedule or anticipate being delayed, please call our team as soon as possible. Because we reserve dedicated time exclusively for your care, appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 fee.
Insurance and Financing
To help you get the most out of your coverage, we accept most traditional dental PPO plans. We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

Because certain dental plans have specific limitations, we invite you to call us directly so we can verify your insurance coverage before your visit.
If your insurance provider is not listed above, our team is happy to file your claim on your behalf to help maximize your benefits. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also partner with Cherry and CareCredit to offer flexible payment plans that fit your budget.
